Snow or not ?

Weather forecast :
Date : Wednesday, 15th December '10
Location : Nanjing, Jiangsu
Weather : Rain or Snow, 4 degrees C.

Hopefully, next wednesday i can see snow falling from the sky with my own eyes =)
